Due to the death of five (5) COVID-19 patients, Malacanang declares community quarantine for Metro Manila starting March 16 to April 15. All levels of classes are suspended. Government offices ordered on skeletal crew especially frontliners. Private companies are encouraged to adopt flexible work schedule and work-at-home for its employees. Other Filipinos are encouraged to boost their immune system, especially senior citizens, who are most susceptible to COVID-19.
